DO NOT STROLL ON THE BIKE LANE (or on XC ski tracks in winter!) PEOPLE. I don't care if it's "shared," it was for bikes first - and runners and cyclists have learned to share it mostly amicably. There're walking paths and grass for everyone else to enjoy, and you can spread a blanket and picnic the day away. There are drop-in yoga classes and historic monuments. You can even go birding in some parts, especially as you get out to the river, or to the Old Port. This place is good for FRESH AIR.

If you want to run, walk or cycle the canal is perfect and its only 2 mins walk from the loft
