The pros:

Location was perfect, right in the middle of great restaurants and coffee shops in Little Italy , very walkable and safe.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Bed was comfortable.

The cons, and why we wouldn’t stay again:

Very very outdated room; tiny with a weird, dirty, bleach smell. For the price and location it felt like we were in a really dingy place. The quality I would expect of a cheap motel off the beaten path, not of a “nice” hotel in an upscale area. Towels, linens, curtains, paint on the walls, all looked old and worn and cheap.

$55 for mandatory valet parking at a hotel of this quality didn’t feel right. That’s what I’d expect to pay at a high end hotel for parking.

Overall we liked the location but would not pick this place again.
