Great place. Nice and clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. More than affordable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and if back in the area would gladly stay again.

Perfect private spot, usually private places are attached to the house but this one is completely in the back of the house which was nice & convenient for people who aren’t to fond of being attached to other people during their stay. The house is definitely clean and the communication and accommodation was very good when speaking to the owner. However, the location is closer to st. Pete than Tampa so places in Tampa could be really far and there aren’t many lights on the street so it’s hard to see at night.
