This was our second amazing stay. A great space for a large group. Clean. Easy parking. Close to everything. I have absolutely zero complaints.

Location was everything and the home pleasantly met all of our expectations. The Short North is known for limited parking and most street parking spots have fees, yes even on residential streets in this area. This home included 2 parking spaces in the rear of the home. We were literally able to walk straight out the front door and it seemed like maybe 150 yards to step onto the strip that had an abundance of bars and restaurants that could meet the needs of most anyone.
The home was clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a few issues with some missing remotes downstairs but who cared? Nobody! We visited with Columbus family and got caught up with friends that we had not seen lately due to the cold weather months. The home felt cozy and comfortable. The interior brick walls remind you of the history here and a time that architecture and design was all it took. We hope to return in warmer months and enjoy the patio area, so cute!

The communication was great! Great location. Central to everything. The home could use some repairs and the cleaning of the home before we arrived could have been much better.

Overall good stay, I think small improvements to the home would have made my stay great.
