Upon arrival, the place was dusty and some kitchen surfaces had not been wiped down. There is not a lock on the patio door. The kitchen sink had a leak. The bedroom door didn't close all the way. The host was apologetic and had these issues "corrected," but everything was done in a lazy manner.

The oven door only opens about 8 inches before being blocked by the fridge. I burnt myself trying to remove a pan from the oven. Missing basic kitchen tools like chef's knives. The chairs are not the right height for the counter so there isn't anywhere to eat.

Work space: It is a stool rather than an office chair. It does not have its own door as listed.

The neighbor smoked weed at all hours and stunk up the place. The host reported him but nothing improved.

The host said she was willing to give us a prorated refund if we found another place but changed her mind when we actually did. She got disrespectful with me and blamed her behavior on her personal issues. Very unprofessional.

Nice and clean

Great place, great location and an awesome host. The property was cleaned and as seen in the photos. Check in was easy, and the host was great with communicating information related to the property. If and when I’m back in Columbus I will definitely give this another look.
