Guy and Miranda's place is in a perfect location for walking to local restaurants, shops, and through the canals! The deck is great for lounging outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed, although please note there is no oven (we didn't need one). There were several repairs and issues that need addressing, which I told Guy about during our stay. For example, evidence of termites, a broken closet latch, loose faucet in the kitchen, leaky shower hose, and a loud, wobbly ceiling fan. Based on their responses, I believe they will take care of these issues promptly, which is why I still have them 4 stars.
