Beautiful home! The pictures don’t capture the beauty and space. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could think of. This is one the best places I have stayed at and would absolutely stay again. It’s close to the beach, the place is huge, beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and within walking distance of restaurants. I loved this place and felt relaxed and comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay this year. Remarkable how private this house feels despite being surrounded on 3 sides; beautiful architecture and design. The roof deck provides views of the ocean, the beach, and sunsets. Having each of the 3 bedrooms on a different floor adds to the privacy. If you hate driving in LA — and we do — know that this house is only 10 minutes from LAX; you can completely avoid busy Sepulveda Blvd by taking streets between the airport and the coast. Not being right on the strand or a main street means the house is much quieter — yet the beach is only a 5 minute walk downhill. As of this writing the house is booked up after 13 April 2026 so you may want to book your winter stay now.
By the way, we had two small issues come up and Charles resolved each within a day.

Great value, great location. Lots of fun for my family. Lots of local businesses with friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place for a nice weekend or long rental for families!!!! Close to LAX. With all Manhattan Beach has to offer, you won’t need to rent a car!!!

Great location! Very clean space, everything well labeled and easy to find. Nice Linens & plenty of towels. For vacationers- seems like they covered many details with beach chairs, sand toys and other thoughtful touches.
Worth noting that AC is only in the bedrooms & on hot days cooling the common space can take some time if there’s not a breeze coming in from the ocean but opening doors & windows will cool it down. (HVAC will be off on arrival.)
