Brad’s place in Coloma is well situated about midway between St. Joseph and South Haven, and an easy drive to many great public beach locations and hiking options. The pictures of the house match well what to expect, and it was very clean on arrival with all the accommodations you need for a fun weekend trip (towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pot, other pots, etc.). They even have a wine fridge in the living room. The hot tub is really easy to get going and the lights around it may be plugged in via the outdoor outlet. We didn’t get a chance to make use of the fire pit, but it looked inviting and there was plenty of firewood if it wouldn’t have been rainy for us.

The only negative I would mention is the faucet in the kitchen which requires pressing a lever with your hand to cause water to shoot out, which made clean up and washing dishes challenging. Maybe there was a trick to using it hands free that we failed to realize.

Brad’s place was exactly what we needed! Very dog-friendly and a nice big kitchen. We had a really nice weekend!

Wonderful outdoor area and very nice hot tub. The place is well stocked with items, from charcoal for the grill to a blender in the dining room cabinet. Lots of seating and several beds to choose from, but not many options to unpack or store your personal items outside of the master bedroom. Super close to wineries, the beach, and just about anything you could want to do!

We really enjoyed our stay, but had a few experiences to be mindful of. One bedroom is tiny with little movement space. The bed frame is hidden under the blanket, but it juts out a bit and I've got a few bruises from it. The sink in the kitchen is hooked up to a dishwasher, but that means you only have use of the very powerful spray attachment. You will get wet. The sink in the bathroom is shallow and gets scaldingly hot no matter how we adjusted the handle. We found hairs left in two of the beds. There were also some expired condiments, drinks, and seasonings left behind in the kitchen/fridge.

Brad’s place had a fabulous outdoor space. Plenty of seating around a firepit, A nice deck with seating, an outdoor table and a hot tub. The star gazing from the hot tub was incredible!! We could see the Milky Way and so many stars. The place is nicely appointed. It was very clean. I like that condiments from previous users were in the fridge-always nice. We could have used some directions for the dishwasher and had an issue with it. I would recommend the place though! Has 3 bedrooms. We stayed in the bigger one with our pups and couldn’t get the AC to kick like the other rooms. It’s on me for not messaging Brad about. He was chill and made check in easy.
