First of all, if you are someone who is OCD about cleanliness and orderliness: this is not the place for you. I never met Keilani but her son was always available, super friendly, and accommodating. If you're a little more relaxed about the home amenities and have a full itinerary already then this place will work for you. I did have a full itinerary but, unfortunately, I caught a bad stomach bug and had no choice but to stay on the property all day and notice little things that bothered me like clutter around the exterior due to roofing that was going on. All this place needs is a weekend of deep cleaning and it's perfect, just like the pics. The location was great!! We got to go to Kemah Boardwalk before I got sick... and we were a few minutes from NASA but I had to cut my trip short because of my illness. Because I travel with my daughter, amenities are a big deal for us. We enjoyed the pool for a bit but, again, things were a little too cluttered and messy for us to truly relax. I loved the design of the room and shower (especially). It just needs a deep clean and I'd give it 5 stars instead of 4.
