Loved the location, a bit off the beaten path but convenient to Oaks Bluff and Vineyard Haven. The house was a little smaller than I expected but we loved it and the hot tub was awesome!

Austin’s place was exceptional! The accommodations were beautiful as well as comfortable and VERY clean. We felt right at home. There were many “extras” that show extreme attention to detail. The location was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The house had something for everyone!
Austin was always available and quick to respond to any questions.
If you are a first time or frequent visitor to the Vineyard you won’t be disappointed and we highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and exactly as described. Austin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was super friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need to feel at home, and you can’t beat the location! Close enough to downtown for easy access to everything but tucked away just enough to feel quiet and secluded. We would definitely stay again!
