Very un-responsible host. Stayed with them previously and it went perfectly. Can’t say the same for this stay.

To enter this unit the host relies on an App based Bluetooth lock. the host failed to send me an invite to the application to unlock the door. on the second day after messaging and calling the host I had to go through AirBnB directly who also could not get in contact with the host and canceled and refunded my trip. Unfortunately I've missed multiple days of my new job because of this. I'd like to thing it was just a mistake, but unfortunately I had been asking to ensure access was set up since 5 days prior to my first night. Unfortunate!
