Iintsuku eziyi-4 ezidlulileyoJames cooked for our group of five and after talking through any dietary restrictions and he delivered a sensational 5 courses. The meal sizes were generous and we were left wanting for nothing. As a group we planned to visit a number of local wineries, so James was able to match the menu to the wines we purchased. The croquembouche was a stand-out dessert and highly recommended. James arrived at our accommodation early,got set up and spent 4+ hours cooking for us. Everything he cooked was fresh, hand made and created in our kitchen on the night.

Every dish was beautiful and delicious, and he took the time to answer our questions when describing our dishes. All of our guests were extremely pleased and the meal made our party so much more memorable.

May 2025Chef James crafted a truly unforgettable meal for us. From the moment he started menu planning, it was clear this was going to be something special. He designed a custom five-course menu featuring two kinds of handmade pasta – one with calendula, the other with cacao.
The flavors were stunning, and the presentation was a work of art, making the whole meal feel like a private tasting at a top-tier restaurant. Cleanup after dinner was immaculate.
He brought fresh seasonal ingredients from the market as well as wild foraged veggies. Dessert involved table side hand-spun caramel and was so beautiful, we couldn’t stop taking pictures.
We’ll be talking about this night for a long time and cannot wait to book with Chef James again.
