Fue un placer recibir a Rafaela & Eduardo. Desde el momento en que llegaron, demostraron ser un huéspedes ejemplares : respetuosos con las reglas del edificio, muy amables y cuidadosos con la propiedad. Se aseguraron de mantener el espacio limpio y ordenado, lo que realmente apreciamos. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle. Definitivamente los recomendamos y nos encantaría recibirlos nuevamente en el futuro. ¡Gracias por elegir nuestro alojamiento y por hacer de su estancia una experiencia tan agradable!"

Sadly, Eduardo embodied the prototypical 'bad Airbnb guest' to the extreme. A brief list of issues:
- Excessive music and noise audible outdoors until 3am on multiple nights
- Booked for 5 people, but at least 9 were on property
- Dog brought on property without prior approval
- Dog feces and urine left on carpets and floors
- All keys were missing from the property upon checkout
- The property was abandoned with the doors and gate unlocked.
- Excessive cleaning
- Departed 45m late, causing delays in our housekeeping staff.
- Pool lid left open overnight with beer bottle floating in the water

When confronted with these issues, Eduardo did not take responsibility, claimed all this was just because he was celebrating his birthday and tried to deflect the issue by making unfounded claims about our home. We strongly suggest hosts avoid this guest at all costs.

Eduardo was a lovely guest. He took great care of our unit. He was respectful and kind during all communication. We would happily have him back again. Eduardo, we hope you had an amazing time and we thank you for staying with us. We would love to hear more about your trip! Please return and stay with us again. Safe travels and mahalo.

Maleducados, prepotentes, sucios.
Han alquilado una habitación, en una casa con gatos. Han utilizado toda la casa como si fuera de ellos. Han dejado el aire acondicionado, que no tenéis que tocar, en cuanto posicionado en el salón.
Además, trataron muy mal los gatos que viven ahí. No lo aconsejo
