Great place to have a base in a cool part of Denver!

PROs:
1. Awesome balcony/porch to people watch from.
2. Great eclectic and fun decorating style.
3. Quiet neighborhood.
4. Close to downtown.

CONs:
1. Towels a bit old, but seemed clean.
2. Slow drain in the shower.
3. No bath mat, but used a small rug from the kitchen.
4. Entry door lock is a bit worn out, but still usable.

Other things to note:
1. No TV...fine for us, but a radio would've been a nice addition.
2. Can hear the neighbors at times, but nothing terrible.

We loved our brief stay at Trey's place. He was very good with communications and seemed very nice. We'd stay here again.
