Peter Nguyen is a Boston native and first-generation Vietnamese-American chef whose bold, story-driven cooking reflects his heritage and diverse kitchen experience. He honed his craft under James Beard Award-winners Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette at Little Donkey, and chef de cuisine at Houston’s acclaimed Riel. His work earned him Eater Boston’s Chef of the Year (2024), while Lê Madeline was named Best Restaurant South of Boston (2024).
