Me and my friends loved the entire place, the home is beautiful and Alex was there to assist in anyway. It was located very close to main side of Sosua, the neighborhood itself was quiet and no issues. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s beautiful villa in Kite Beach. The home was truly luxurious, private, and stunning - with direct access to the beach and just a one-minute walk from our kite surfing lesson spot, the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We loved spending time in the pool, and watching the kite surfers from our deck - truly a paradise!

What really made the experience unforgettable was Jenny who lives in a detached ADU. She cooked the most incredible meals and was so warm, caring, and thoughtful - her hospitality really elevated our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!
