This was delightful place to stay. The location was excellent : I seldom used my vehicle and loved being able to walk everywhere. The condo was pleasant, clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed. The host was responsive and pleasant. The wine from the owner's vineyard was such a thoughtful touch. I hope to be back again.

I had an enjoyable time at Stephen's condo. The location is tops, close to one of my favorite streets... Pearl and everything it has to offer. It is winter, so upon arrival I noticed that the furnace had stop working. I notified the property manager and he had it all worked out for me in due time. Overall a very nice place and the location is awesome!!! Very cozy, very nice!!!

It is a great place. Everything was clean and well organized. All the right kitchen appliances for whatever you need. The bed was super comfy.

Stephen's place is cozy and welcoming, very clean and close to Pearl St. Perfect for a one week stay in Boulder!
