This was our 2nd time staying here. The place is perfect. You are across the street from the beach. The neighborhood is great-you can walk, cycle, swim or surf outside your front door. If you want to walk on PCH to local restaurants and businesses it is less than 2 minutes to PCH. Richard's place is well equipped and exactly as described. An added bonus is you have your own parking spot. Richard is very friendly and responsive.
