The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

“Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
