our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and newly converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely and quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
