To soveværelser, et meget stort (vi kalder det for "suiten" :) ) + et mindre, mulighed for ekstra opredning. Stort badeværelse fra 2023 med to brusere og håndvaske. Clever el-lader. Huset ligger 5 min gåafstand fra strand, 3 min gåafstand fra Karlslunde St - S-tog til København (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Pga. allergi er kæledyr desværre ikke velkomne. Pga. sikkerhed er huset ikke egnet for mindre børn.
