Scandi meets Scotia at this simple yet stylish cottage which.sits on both the Kintyre 66 route and the Kintyre Way walking route. There are 2 incredible beaches within walking distance of the cottage as well as amazing scenery. Island hopping adventures abound with 4 ferries within a short drive offering day trips to Gigha, Islay, Jura, Arran and Cowal.

Ashcraig, Lochranza, Isle of Arran

Twin bedroom, sitting area, breakfast area and shower. Stunning views of Lochranza Bay. Please note 0.3mile up a rough hill track, parking at foot of track. Close to Arran Coastal Way and Lochranza - Claonaig ferry. Bus stop 0.8mile. Mini fridge, microwave, plug-in single hob, kettle, toaster. Breakfast provided; cereals, tea, ground coffee, bread, butter, milk, conserves. Gluten free/vegan if requested in advance. Attached to owners' home and artist's studio. We are next door for help/advice.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the isle of Bute, the "secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.
