Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Charmerende feriehus, beliggende blot 250 m fra kysten på Yderby Lyng på Sj. Odde som er en halvø beliggende mellem Kattegat og Sejerøbugten. Huset er beliggede på en 1259 m2 stor indhegnet grund. Huset indeholder åbent køkken/spisestue med god pladsi åben kombination med stue med brændeovn, badeværelse med brus, 2 personers spa samt sauna, 3 gode soveværelser samt bryggers med vaskemaskine. Fra stuen udgang til skøn både åben og terrasse. Når I står ude på vejen, kan I se ned til vandet.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Vores skønne sommerhus er ideel for børnefamilier, og er et dejligt sted at have base for diverse udflugtsmål i området. Huset ligger på en naturgrund fyldt med lyng, som blomster i juli og august. I nærheden finder du en dejlig stenstrand. Efter en tur i havet kan man skylle sig i vores udendørsbruser, som både har koldt og varmt vand. Huset har en stor skøn terrasse mod syd, hvor I finder bambus lounge møbler, liggestole og et spisearrangement med grillområde.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
