Unna dig själv att bo i detta nybyggda minihus, mitt i ett lugnt miljö nära till naturen. Du bor med gångavstånd till Bokskogen, Bara friluftsbad samt den fina golfbana The National. Vill du till Malmö, finns busshållplatsen enbart 200m borta, och föredrar du cykeln finns också fina cykelvägar. Boendet har en dubbelsäng på loftet, samt en utdragbar säng med plats för två i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett vacker badrum med dusch, samt ett kök, där det finns båda diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och kyl.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Helt nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 36 m2 i sekelskiftesanda med vardagsrum och välutrustat kök. Sovrum med säng, 160 cm samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med plats för 1 extra person. Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Peaceful house on the countryside of Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking trails, bike trails and horse farms. The city of Malmö is 30km away, the city of Lund 25km away. Malmö airport at 8km, Österlen 50km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
