New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, dobbelt sovesofa i stue, enkeltseng bag spiseplads. Der går bus ca et par hundrede meter fra, det tager 8 min til Greve togstation. We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.

Jeg elsker boligindretning, hygge og planter, så du kan roligt læne dig tilbage i en af mine mange Hygge kroge og nyde det hele med en god bog og en kop kaffe fra min kaffemaskine, der kan lave en udsøgt cappuccino for eksempel. Vil du nyde naturen, så ligger en skøn eng lige bag mit hus, hvor du kan gå en tur eller sætte dig på en bænk eller der er under 10 minutters gang til stranden lige ud af vejen udenfor huset.
