The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.
