Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.

If booked together with the smaller dwelling, the house can be used as one large 7 bedroom home with two kitchens and four bathrooms - please note this listing is for just the 5 bedroom dwelling.

Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.
