Completed in November 2016, Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom semi detached house. Everything inside from carpets to cutlery was brand new and has been kept at a high standard since. Cancleave has been in the family since 1962 and over the winter of 2020/21 it underwent complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy efficient and comfortable property. The property occupies an incredible location in beautiful North Cornwall, on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. Standing in around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path, it commands stunning views across Bude Bay to Lundy Island and inland all the way to Dartmoor.
