I am currently accepting bookings and due to the coronavirus, I am taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. There is a minimum 24 hour window between bookings to assist in following CDC, Suffolk County Dept of Health, and Airbnb guidelines. Consider this space as a possible option for a staycation, or as a work-from-home alternative. Max occupancy = 2 persons. (NOTE: No requests for discounts - they will not be considered. This includes early bird bookings, long term stays, or 1 person occupancy).
The room has a shared bathroom. The house is in the village and surrounded on three side by water. spectacular sunset views. the room has air-conditioning and is bright and sunny. 2 day minimum on week-ends, May- September, with exceptions.
