Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Beautifully renovated house in Tamahere. Peaceful farm surroundings. Owners family lives on top floor with separate entrance. Guest floor has 3 x double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom. laundry/ kitchenette and a forth single bedroom / office. There is also two single fold out beds available on request which can be made up in the queen bedrooms. Pets possible by negotiation please ask, we have 2 acres. Around 5km to Hamilton Airport
