The House of Vaughan

The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.

The Way

It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

This peaceful one bedroom, one bathroom guest house is tucked away surrounded by nature. You can easily enjoy the tranquility of country living along with privacy, but have the conveniences of being 8 miles from town. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Relax with the whole family! Our home offers a 1 car garage, on-site laundry, full kitchen, and bathroom with double sink and rain head shower. The main bedroom holds a king bed, extra large closet, dresser, smart tv, and beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart tv. The third bedroom holds a twin over full bunk bed, closet, dresser, and smart tv. Our home also includes high speed, 5G wireless and hardwired internet. Large fenced yard & play set!

Big apartment in a walkout basement on 1 acre in beautiful Cave Springs. Centrally located just minutes from the airport, bike trails, lakes, and shopping. High ceilings, windows, natural light. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Completely updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from the Lake Fayetteville trail system. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep.

Cozy Camper Near Downtown Off Razorback Greenway

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

Cozy Cottage in Springdale, Arkansas

This fun three-bedroom cottage is just right for a weekend stay (or longer!) in Northwest Arkansas. You'll be 15 minutes from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, 10 minutes from The AMP in Rogers, and 25 minutes to the world-class Crystal Bridges Art Museum in Bentonville. Our guests are situated in the midst of some of the best attractions in the Ozarks!
