Please read additional rules before booking! 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

Comfortable Air Mattress for Living Room if you need to sleep 4 guests. Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room & Bedroom. Pet Mini Cows Dozer & Daisy & owners live on site.

Nice, clean, pet friendly, place to stay that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both KY Dam & Barkley Dam, and 25 minutes from Paducah KY. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome, plenty of parking and space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31. Large dog run in the back yard!

There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
