Welcome to our little piece of sunshine in Historic Downtown Springdale! Established in 1897. Reestablished in 2019. The Grove Cottage is located just minutes from the Razorback Greenway, parks, shopping, and restaurants. Our cottage is rich in history, which is highlighted by unique, stylish furnishings. Situated on a corner lot with gorgeous giant shade trees, the cottage was designed with relaxation, comfort, and convenience in mind. The Grove Cottage will be your home away from home.

Summit House: Back40 Trail-side Retreat

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

Maverick•House

Enjoy our cozy fully renovated, four bedroom, two bath home with plenty of room for family and friends. Located within walking distance to all the local shopping, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, and taverns. Easy and convenient access to walking trails and parks. Pack n play and air mattress also provided. Less than a mile to the Brick Ballroom! And just a short drive to Cherokee Casino and JBU campus, & a 30 min drive to XNA airport!

The Hub is a one of kind, historic, turn of the century, craftsman style home that's been completely renovated. With its open concept, it is a perfect space to gather, relax, celebrate, create, and rest. Enjoy a private master suite with an additional private living area and guest bedroom in the back area. Huge open living/ dining room/ kitchen/ entertaining space in the front, equipped with new furnishings and custom appliances.

The Sunrise House on Lake Ann Apartment

Come to the Sunrise House with the most amazing views and park like setting on the water of Lake Ann in Bella Vista! Three blocks from Buckingham trailhead on the Back 40 mountain bike trail. Amazingly peaceful lake access with firepit and paddleboard access. Newly remodeled apartment above garage with separate entrance. Locked bike/misc storage in garage at entrance to unit.
