Welcome to the Haldon Capsule - a unique self contained annexe nestled on the edge of Haldon Forest. Bring your loved one, your dog, your bike or just your walking boots and we will provide the rest. Relax and have a peaceful retreat, where time stands still. The forest track starts less than 5 minutes walk from your front door, with miles of dog walking or the popular mountain bikes and segway (both of which can be rented) at Haldon Forest. The capsule has everything you need and more.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Goose House. Self-contained, idyllic, rural.

A self-contained studio beside a beautiful meadow in a courtyard setting. Exeter University 3 miles. A studio-style cottage ideally suited to a single commuter (but many couples do stay). Stunning rural outlook, unique decor, comfortable furniture, lovely outdoor space, pretty courtyard seating. 2 beds - 1 a pull out raising to equal height. Smart TV - DVDS. Cathedral 2 miles, RD&E 2 miles. 20 mins Dartmoor, beaches. Hiking from doorstep. WiFi, coffee, tea... Set in rural paradise.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

Cosy Cobb Cottage, nr Exeter - Cherry Tree Cottage

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

Welcome to The Gate House, a charming mock Tudor property located just 10 minutes from Exeter. Perfectly nestled in the countryside and only a few minutes away from Haldon Forest, where you can enjoy activities such as walking, cycling and the Go Ape treetop adventure course. For those seeking a beach getaway, Exmouth is only a 25-minute drive away. Known for its sandy beaches, Exmouth also marks the beginning of the famous Jurassic Coast.

The picturesque village of Kenn is situated 5 miles from Exeter, within easy reach of Haldon Forest and Dartmoor National Park. The apartment is situated just off the A38/380 and gives easy access to the coast and Éxe Estuary cycle paths. There are numerous scenic walks from the apartment, with coastal and estuary views. The Ley Arms, a lovely village pub, is a very short walk away, serving good locally produced food.
