The property benefits from 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

Garden Holme is a shepherd's hut with your comfort in mind: set on its own raised south facing plot in a partially walled garden with private gate, patio and small sheltered grassed area looking out across Lyme Bay. Inside there is hot and cold water, electricity and a log burning fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, plumbed toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample parking space and a patio set so you can enjoy the splendid view and the sound of the sea!

Sit round the woodburner for cosy evenings in, or round the fire pit outside wrapped in blankets. Discover country pubs with beer out of the barrel. Take walks from the front door or along the South West Coast Path.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Welcome to Baba Yaga’s Boudoir! A beautiful little cabin-on-wheels tucked away at the bottom of a small farm focussed on sustainability and spiritual practise, hidden in a willow wood and overlooking a wild pond. Wonderfully tranquil, village location, yet within easy reach of Lyme Regis, Bridport and River Cottage HQ and Kitchen. Beautiful walks from the door. At the end of the day's excursions, there's a beautiful courtyard garden to return to and enjoy early evening pre dinner drinks.
