The condo is the bottom floor of a duplex and my wife and I live in the upstairs unit. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 houses from the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The property is located on the South end of the island so it’s just a short uber ride to Avalon and Stone Harbor, or short Jitney ride to the center of town in Sea Isle. There are also a couple restaurants including Hanks and Sole, new bakery Shorebreak, small grocery and an ice cream parlor within a few blocks.

With the ocean steps outside your door, be prepared to indulge in many hours of fishing, swimming, and tanning on the beach or head to the bayside, 2 blocks away, for crabbing, kayaking and other water sports. The open layout is perfect for families and groups of friends alike. The back porch is the ideal spot for drinking coffee in the morning or sharing a drink at night. 4 beach chairs and 4 tags included!

Seaside Studio

Our unique studio is spacious enough to have essential amenities while being located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and short walk to local restaurants, cafes and much more! Our unique place offers those wanting to visit experience the island without the need to rent an entire home! We offer beach tags and beach essentials like chairs and an umbrella during your stay. The shared outdoor shower is located along the pathway of the main house.
