Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

Due to its proximity to hiking trails, lakes, rivers, breweries and wineries as well as Windam (7 mi), Hunter (16 mi), Catskill (26 mi) and Hudson (29 mi), this is the ideal location from which to explore the best the Catskills has to offer.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Spring Brook Farm (1st Floor Handicap Accessible)

Spring Brook Farm is located in the historic village of Schoharie, New York, thirty minutes from Albany. Walk our 140 acre farm that meanders along the Schoharie Creek. Kayak, hike, or simply relax in a cozy chair in our screened porch. Our farmhouse is handicap friendly including zero entry, first floor daybed and a first floor handicap bathroom. Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
