Enjoy the Weber BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor bath. Set on a peaceful lifestyle block with sheep and deer in the paddock below the hut, it's a short walk to the lake. Kayaks and a canoe available. Close to hikes, hot pools, fishing, Redwoods, and Rotorua’s attractions. Breakfast packs and platters available to pre order if desired.

Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; Well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; Sliding stacker doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit out the back. Bedding and towels provided. Lockable bike storage, washing machine and drying rack all available in the laundry.

Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
