The Breeze is a luxurious, romantic cottage by a serene freshwater pond, surrounded by vibrant gardens. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and relaxing on the dock, or explore nearby trails and the Cape Cod Rail Trail with provided bikes. Unwind with evenings by the fire pit, refreshing outdoor showers, and a plush queen bed for ultimate comfort. This private oasis offers tranquility, natural beauty, and 5-star attention to detail for your perfect escape.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

Our 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a 4-poster bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Our half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Try arriving and leaving on a weekday to avoid weekend bridge traffic! Also, flexibility during the summer season of length of stay! So, kick back and relax in this refurbished (spring 2024) calming indoor space or outdoors on the deck! Easy access to bay and National Seashore beaches, back road access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, hiking, shopping and restaurants! This 1940’s cottage complex has retained much of its charm for you to enjoy !

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Charming Old Cape Cod

Relax and enjoy spending time at Snowtop on the Town Cove, many activities including sailing, paddle boarding, water skiing and spectacular sunsets! A short walk to swim, sit on the sand or take a beach walk. The offered space has a private entrance with bath, bedroom with a king size bed, a sunny living room with dining table over looking the water where you could choose to dine in, have coffee in the morning or play a game.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
