Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.

Only ten minutes drive to LaGuardia Airport and a short walk to the N subway line to Manhattan.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 3 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

Colorful, quiet room near LaGuardia/NYC

Bright and comfortable private room in East Elmhurst. It’s a great neighborhood to explore. It is close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to get to Manhattan. Be aware that you should allow an hour to get to most parts of Manhattan and longer for Brooklyn. I will likely be present during your stay, but sometimes I travel and will be out of town. Light cooking or no cooking is preferred.
