East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

This over the garage loft is a throwback from the 1980's. Vintage furniture and decor. Queen bed, twin bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, AC, sink, dishes, glasses. Record player plays vynal records, CDs, cassettes. Bethany Beach is a ten minute drive. The bathroom is small with a sloping ceiling, a small shower, and while clean, shows its age. NO WIFI, rustic with access to shared backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor seating and dining, garden; beach gear. TY!

Patrick's Creekside: 4 Peeps-Ur Doggies! 420-Bark!

Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

Conveniently located on a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants, the boardwalk and beach, this unit has ONE off-street parking space (steps to the front door) and ONE “hang tag” pass for street parking during the season (May 15 to Sept 15).
