The entire house has been remodeled to coastal modern with furnishings for a relaxing family vacation, business trip, or a local romantic getaway. Also has brand new central air and heat. Please note that this home has a guest house that is rented out separately.

Enjoy bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. No outside visitors allowed. Approved guest can stay or come into the house. Max guest limit is 3. 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay. Due to your allergies, I am unable to host any animals.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
