Within walking distance and down some steps is a quiet beach area where guests can enjoy swimming, various fishing spots, free use of a double kayak or a coast walk to the wharf for fish & chips, tide dependant.

Vibrant Raglan township is a quick five minute car trip (or enjoy the 30 minute walk), where you can find great restaurants, cafes, beaches, and other amenities. Walk along the beach to The Wharf for fish and chips at low tide.

Unwind and enjoy being close to town, surf, and everything Whāingaroa-Raglan has on offer. Watch the sunset from the deck, cozy up in front of the fire, chill out in a vintage-styled space or grab a flat white from the cafe from around the corner before wandering down to the harbour. The perfect surfer’s retreat on the west side of the one-way bridge, just a quick drive to Whale Bay. A great spot for kids! And pets are welcome!

Fresh, clean, self contained studio apartment suitable for a couple, or a single person. It has it's own deck, and offers ocean and bush views, with a short walk to the foreshore, to Whale Bay, and Indicators surf breaks. Kitchenette, en suite, and outside barbecue set on the ground floor of a two story dwelling. The Apartment has a high stud and retains a natural separation from the main dwelling. Newly renovated it features a comfortable living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom. There is a fold-out couch available for the little ones to sleep in. Enjoy a soak under the stars in the outdoor bath.

Private 2 Bedroom Unit - Close to Beach and Bush

Relax in my private 2 bedroom spacious unit with sunny decks and bush outlook. You have a completely separate entrance. You can go for a walk to the beach and there is a lovely bush track walk is just up the road. Safety in the time of Covid 19 is key. The day before and after your stay is blocked out so we can clean and sanitize every surface twice before new guests come.
