This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.
