Welcome to our piece of paradise in the country side on the outskirts of Fayetteville/Springdale. Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1947 and has the feel of the country while being only minutes from restaurants, shopping & White River access. You are welcome to use the full kitchen, dining room, the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and wood burning stove during your stay. No parties are allowed.

Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. Hot tub open year round, pool open May 1- Oct 20 (not heated). Gas fireplace available Oct-March.
