Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep in the adjacent paddock, 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 minutes to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 minutes drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Luxurious fully self-contained three-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment located right on Picton’s waterfront. Accommodating up to 6 people, this spacious apartment offers a huge balcony with outdoor furniture from which you can soak up stunning views of the marina and Marlborough Sounds. The apartment is located across the road from the water taxis, and facilities include a heatpump, full kitchen and laundry, 50+ SKY TV channels, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Beach Apartment has been completely refurbished in September 2023 and is now awaiting your visit. Brand new Kitchen and Bathroom, freshly painted and new carpet make this an awesome spot to while away your next holiday. The Beach apartment is situated in idyllic Waikawa Bay just 10 minutes north of Picton. We literally have the beach on our doorstep... or more accurately at the end of our driveway.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

The cottage is nestled in native bush, with mesmerising views over the Bay below you, and beyond to Queen Charlotte Sound. Your cottage is 9km from the centre of Picton, but you'll feel like you're a world away. It is the perfect couples retreat, where peace, privacy, and nature prevail. A place where magical memories are made.

Tirimoana view

This holiday house is located across the road from the sea shore and has a stunning view of the beautiful bay of Tirimoana/Anakiwa in the Queen Charlotte Sound. Close to the start/finish of the Queen Charlotte Track and midway along the Link Pathway for walking and cycling. Nearby to kayaking and cycle hire and guide facilities and swimming beaches. The main house has two bedrooms and a large sleep out room.
