Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

The Juniper House, house tucked in the trees

Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. This house is on land that is in the beginning stages of long-term permaculture projects. Come see what we are working on!

This cozy lake house is a great family retreat with a dock and a boat house. We provide kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, tackle and gear, & fire pit. Enjoy ping pong. Pool table and 25 different board games and puzzles are available. There is a 55 foot zipline! Tree swing! Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds & a sleeper sofa. 30 minutes from West Little Rock and less than 30 minutes to Mt. Petit Jean State Park and Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Gas grill provided.
