Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

Historic Barn Loft - Private & Spacious

Stay in our sunny beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed & heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a tram, 2 cats, 1 dog & 3 hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
