It is a totally new contemporary structure that is based on the design style of a monitor barn - which aimed to maximize space and improve the living conditions for animals housed inside the barn, or in this case people. The architecture incorporates a raised center aisle with clerestory windows, allowing for excellent air circulation and natural light. Located at The Appleton Retreat, The Red Barn has a spectacular view of Appleton Ridge.

This 3000sq ft house has a private float and boat just a quick walk from house. Two decks from off the master bedroom ( both with views of mountain) with a king size bed and a meditation room that has a futon sleeper. A sleeping loft on third floor if needed.
