Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Welcome to our quiet little beachside community in Mattapoisett! The home is just a short 2-3 minute stroll to the association beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with space for up to 6 people. The home uses Fios internet for all of your streaming needs. Enjoy dinner on the back deck, a cozy fire, or a nice outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. We are a short ride to the Mattapoisett Rail Trail.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.

Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall.
